Building Specifications

The Building specifications for each house as described here are for the superior finish and act only as a guide. Specific details of building finish and fixtures and fittings are as per your building contract with the contractor. This will ensure that the building materials and finishes used in the construction of your house are exactly as you expect.

It is our intention to ensure the best building quality for the price per metre quoted, and changes to building specifications may be made at any time and without prior notice. However, once finalised, this building specification will form an addendum to the building contract.

The building specifications below refer to rooms as named on the house plans. A few additional areas such as Stairway are also referred to.

Ground floor: Carport, Courtyard, Patio, Kitchen, Communal bathroom, Stairway cupboard, Main living room, Dining room, Closet, Main bedroom, Bathroom one, Private courtyard, Veranda.

First floor: Stairway, Living room, Veranda/balcony, Bedroom two, Bathroom three, Study.

Items are grouped by section and for each item a quantity per room is shown in brackets.

All prices quoted are valid until 31 December 2006.

The building contractor is as specified in Building contract document.
